Its ruins are buried under the modern city of Anapa and its area comes to about 35 hectares. In the centre of Anapa there are urban blocks of Gorgippia discovered due to the archeological excavations.

It is a lagoon with salt water, separated from the sea by an earth-mound.

Located within 12 km away from Anapa, near stanitsa of Varvarovka. Its height is 320 m. The mountainsides are made of upper chalk flysch measures.

It is the most western waterfall among the famous mentioned waterfalls of Krasnodar Territory.

It is connected with a sea by artificially excavated channel.
