One of the most picturesque places of Kuban — Apsheronsky Area, is located in the south of Krasnodar Region. The area is rich with unique natural landscapes, tourist, and archeological monuments, including the wildlife preserves: "Kamyshova Polyana" and "Chernogorie". The submontane part of the area has a great deal of beautiful natural territories: the subalpine plateau of Lago-Naki, the matchless gorge by its beauty Guamskoe gorge, with a river canyon and with a narrow-gauge road passing along the bottom of the gorge, Azishskie karstic caves, Volchie Vorota gorge, Samurskoe Lake, etc. All this attracts here not only the Russian, but foreign tourists as well.

The distance from Krasnodar up to Khadyzhensk makes 109 km. It is possible to get here by car, train or a bus.
