The waterfall is situated on Bourlachenkova Schel (a crack) brook, the left tributary of Chepsi river, 10 km away from Fanagoriyskoe settlement of Goryacheklyuchevskoy region.

This cave is located within 12-13 km to the south-west from Fanagoriyskaya stanitsa on the right bank of Ayuk river, one of the left tributaries of Psekoups river.

The entry into it is situated at the territory of "Predgorye Kavkaza" sanatorium.

It is situated at the very north-west extreme end of Kotkh ridge, at the southern outskirts of Goryachy Klyuch resort-city.

Situated at the south-west outskirts of Goryachy Klyuch. The fortress is not large, just 100-120 sq. m.
